Placement services start with a phone conversation with the Principal or their representative to identify the home's needs and the preferences of the position. After receiving the signed engagement letter and the non-refundable retainer fee, we initiate the process of creating a Job Description for your review and approval. Candidates are then provided to you via email, along with a brief summary of our conversation with them, their resume, and either a summary of our conversation(s) or their EMS Skills Profile, depending on which package you select. We recommend that our clients have an initial Zoom Video Interview with candidates to assess the candidate's compatibility with your home's culture. Before conducting an in-person interview, we perform an open-source background check on the candidate to ensure the safety of your home. Once a candidate is chosen and both parties accept the offer letter, we proceed with reference checks and our background screening process, which includes a Behavior Analysis Interview.
